Fully-automatic shelf-operating systems - made by SIVAplan

Shelf-operating systems In use at "Coppenrath & Wiese"

Shelf-operating systems are the workhorses in a high-rise warehouse. Loads have to be moved into and out of stock quickly but safely – frequently all round the clock. SIVAplan is well aware of these requirements, and offers the corresponding specially-designed fully-automatic shelf-operating systems. Whether in production, the trade or logistics – customers throughout Europe have been relying on shelf-operating systems from SIVAplan for over 30 years.

As one of the pioneers of modern warehouse technology, SIVAplan develops, produces and installs high-quality shelf-operating systems for many common transport units at its Troisdorf main works.

  • The basis of the comprehensive product portfolio is formed by the versatile standard range "RBG Vario", which is convincing for its many possibilities of tailor-made system solutions up to 45 m in height and payloads from 0.75 kN to well over 20 kN.
  • For individual or complex requirements, the premium range "RBG Flex" is also available, which thanks to its flexible and modular design can be adapted to all customer-specific requirements of modern logistics.

Reliability and durability

The "workhorse" of a high-rise warehouse

All shelf-operating systems have in common the high quality and safety standards typical of SIVAplan. The robust construction, high-performance drive motors and precision controls ensure an uninterrupted and reliable material flow. No wonder therefore that operating units from SIVAplan continue to fulfil their tasks for many years, even under the toughest conditions – such as the dust and heat of a foundry or at -30 °C in a refrigerated warehouse.

The shelf-operating systems from SIVAplan achieve optimum performance figures when moving goods into and out of stock by means of dynamic drive techniques with high acceleration levels. The latest control components guarantee exact positioning in the warehouse gangway – and in a very short time. All SIVAplan systems are naturally approved by the TÜV.

Modernisation instead of new construction

For older warehouses, SIVAplan offers cost- and resource-efficient modernisation – including the shelf-operating systems amongst other things. Starting with the control technology and on to the installation of frequency-regulated gear motors and data connection by means of flexible Bus systems, SIVAplan optimises existing equipment to ensure the maximum performance in terms of material flow, speed and reliability.
